Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms before using Global FX Rebates, submitting an eligibility request, or expecting cashback on broker-reported trading activity.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Global FX Rebates website, rebate review services, account setup support, and related communications.
By using the website, submitting an eligibility request, adding a trading account for rebate review, or continuing to use our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Role
Global FX Rebates is a forex rebate and cashback provider. We may act as an introducing broker, partner, affiliate, or account support provider for selected broker arrangements where a broker has agreed to report eligible trading activity.
Global FX Rebates is not a broker, does not execute trades, does not hold client trading funds, does not manage positions, does not set broker pricing, and does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
3. Rebate Eligibility And Payments
Rebates are available only where the relevant broker confirms that an account is correctly attributed to an eligible Global FX Rebates account and where the broker reports qualifying trading activity.
Published rates, examples, or promotional references are informational and may change. Actual rebate availability depends on broker arrangement, account attribution, entity, country, product coverage, reporting status, minimum threshold, payout method, and compliance review.
- Trading volume placed before account attribution is confirmed may not qualify for rebates.
- Global FX Rebates is not required to pay a rebate where the broker does not pay, rejects, reverses, withholds, or claws back the related partner commission.
- Future rebate availability and rates may change if a broker changes its schedule, IB terms, reporting process, or eligible products.
4. Broker Terms, Client Duties, And Restrictions
Your trading account remains governed by the broker's own account agreement, product terms, margin rules, trading conditions, fees, policies, and regulatory entity. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those broker terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting eligibility review, opening or linking an account, adding a payout method, or communicating with support. Our services are not directed to residents of the United States or any jurisdiction where such services would be restricted, unlawful, or require authorization that Global FX Rebates does not hold.
5. Trading Risk And Liability
Forex and CFD trading involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. A rebate may reduce eligible transaction cost after qualifying activity is reported, but it does not remove market risk, guarantee profitability, improve trade quality, or compensate for trading losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global FX Rebates is not liable for trading losses, broker decisions, broker failures, rejected accounts, withheld commission, delayed reports, payment delays, platform interruptions, user input errors, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
